Joe loves to see things through the lens. Showing others what he sees, the colors and shapes and mood, is one of his passions. He resides in Norfolk, VA.
Joe is also a survivor. He's made it over 40 years with Cystic Fibrosis and has had two double lung transplants, one in 2017 at Inova Hospital in Fairfax, VA - the other in 2022 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC.
